Which lounge do I receive access to?

Depending on your airport, there may be multiple lounges available. We will make sure that you are provided access to a lounge that makes sense, i.e. in your arrival or departure terminal.

If you would like access to a specific lounge, please let us know, and we will try to ensure access for you.

How does lounge access work?

Blacklane PASS works with lounge providers and owners around the world. If lounge access is available at your airport of travel, then it will appear as an option when you make your booking.
Once we receive your booking, we will send you an access code for your specific lounge. You will need to show this to the staff at the lounge entrance.

Why do you need my passport details?

In some airports, our Blacklane PASS agents need to know your nationality and passport number in advance to escort you through immigration. We will only ask for these details if you make a booking at one of these airports.

How do you guarantee fast-track immigration?

At the airports we service, we have full access to a separate, fast-track immigration and customs line..

Can I use a different name from my own for the pickup sign?

Yes, if you would not like your name written on our sign, you can use a different name. Simply include your request in the “Special requests” box at the end of your reservation form.

How does my Blacklane PASS agent find me?

For our arrival and transfers service, our agent will meet you right at your gate. Please look for an agent holding a sign with your name. For our departure service, an agent will meet you curbside at your airline’s terminal. Our agent will call you ahead of time to find out when you’ll be arriving at the airport and request a call from you when you’re ten minutes away from the airport.

Can I book Blacklane PASS for someone else?

You can absolutely book Blacklane PASS for someone else. Simply log in to your account and enter the passenger’s information. If the itinerary and confirmation need to go to another person, please be sure to update the trip contact in the booking process.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

We offer free cancellations or booking changes if you cancel or change your booking 48 hours before your scheduled service. If you cancel or change between 48 – 24 hours of your scheduled service, a cancel or change fee of 50% will be applied. If you cancel or change within 24 hours of your scheduled service, no refund will be provided and you will be charged the full booking fee.

Refunds can only be made to the payment method (credit card) used when the booking was placed.
